Now you have homework to do!!

Write a Purpose & Mission statement!

Write a Values & Beliefs statement!

Now you need to identify and set some goals. The Spark People fast break has some great little steps goals (little steps are much better than overblown goals - you want to build on success, not shoot for the moon and give up because it's unobtainable).

When you set your goals, no more than 3!! keep in mind that they should be acheivable, be something you want, not something you think you want, you should have a timeline, and you should be able to write down steps on how you are going to get from here ... to there.
