HELLO BEAUTIFUL LADIES,I AM SO EXCITED TO INFORM YOU OF A TREMENDOUS VICTORY,THAT I HAD TODAY.I WAS DOING YARD CONSTRUCTION WORK FOR A LITTLE OVER (8) HOURS.AND BURNED AN AMAZING, (4,474)CALORIES.I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT.POINT I AM TRYING TO MAKE,BEING PHYSICALLY ACTIVE,REALLY PAYS OFF AND BURNED THOSE CALORIES.SO LET'S GET MOVING LADIES. emoticon
