STAYING ACTIVE HELPS US STRENGTHEN OUR MUSCLES AND BONES.THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO STAY ACTIVE DURING THE COLD WINTER MONTHS.(1.)DANCING (2.)RIDING A STATIONARY BIKE.(3.)PLAY WITH CHILDREN AND GRAND-CHILDREN.(4.)TAKE UP JAZZERCISE CLASSES OR VIDEOS.(5.)PLAYING INDOOR SPORTS LIKE BASKETBALL OR VOLLEYBALL.(6.)WALK ON A TREADMILL,GO SHOPPING IN A MALL WALKING AT A BRISK PACE.(6.)DOING WATER AEROBICS.(7.)DO A COMBINATION OF WALKING & JOGGING IN A 30 MINUTE PERIOD.JOGGING FOR LESS THAN (10) MINUTES.
