I've been doing the Whole30 whole9life.com/category/whole-30/ for not quite a week now. I can extend it for all of February! :)

Hi all, I would like to start a 21 day challenge following Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint principles on eating and exercise; and wanted to know who might be interested in participating one, starting maybe Sunday, February 3rd.

If there is enough interest in having a challenge I will create a daily thread that we can post in.

Thanks, ~ Dee emoticon
