Recently, I made a 7 Week Challenge to get myself back on track. It looks like this...
Week 1: Focus on drinking 100 oz of water daily.
Week 2: Avoiding sweets (i.e.: donuts, cookies, cupcakes, cookies)
Week 3: Aim to work out 3x a week.
Week 4: Avoid eating out to any restaurants.
Week 5: Aim to work out 4x a week.
Week 6: Focus on eating clean this week and adding more fruits/veggies into diet.
Week 7: Aim to workout 5x this week with 3x being strength training sessions.
Anyone want to do this with me?
