I love it! You know I'm on my own challenge, but I fully support this idea!

Go, December Challenge folks!

OK everyone,

December seems to be a good time for challenges. Why? Because it's even MORE challenging to stick to your guns through this crazy, hectic, busy and FULL time of year, so the payoff is even bigger.

I heard through the grapevine of a couple of people launching into this "21 Days of Fitness" challenge, and I thought, why not jump on the healthy bandwagon?

Here it is:

For the next 21 Days - starting TODAY (11/28/12) and ending Dec 18th, you must walk or run 1 mile every day.

Then for the 12 Days of Christmas - starting Dec 19th and ending Dec 30th - you must commit to doing 1 other healthy thing every day - tracking your food even if that means every last, single hors d'oevres or cup of cocoa, skating with your family, choosing not to indulge in alcohol at a party - whatever it is, be healthy and creative!

On New Year's Eve you will celebrate your achievement with your reward, which you can declare at any point over the challenge. I think mine might be a spangly New Year's Eve dress which will look even better on me once I'm done this challenge.

Who's with me?

Jenn
