So I've read through all the Introductions and threads so far and one thing sticks out - most of us are in a funk. Most of us are bored. Some of us are plain pissed off about how much work this is and the fact that it doesn't look like it's going to let up any time soon.
That's ok. We're allowed to feel like this.
But for anyone who is interested in "Sparking It Up" again and wants to reply to this thread with one SMALL thing that you're going to do (think drink water, count calories, 10 minutes of exercise) for the next 3 weeks, I wanna hear them.
I just got back to calorie counting myself and I'm committed to it EVERY SINGLE DAY (weekends included) for the next month. I'm also committed to writing down everything that goes in my mouth and I'd like to go one step further and explain what happened on days where I go over. Should make me feel slightly more accountable in the short term until this habit sticks again.
So what's up for you guys?
