I read an article I thought I would pass the wisdom down to you. You have to really want to quit so motivation has to come in to play. Write out your reasons for wanting to quit on a piece of paper and place it on your fridge or wherever you will see it alot, maybe your bathroom mirror. No matter what kind of smoking aids we get we need to be motivated to quit. Write a list of alternative things you can do besides smoking, like going for a walk, working on a hobby, cleaning your closet out, whatever you can think of. When the craving hits read your reasons to quit, then look at your list of alternatives. Prayer works!! One step at a time!!
