I've never made a tetrazzini before - It sounds interesting. I might be tempted to try this.

I used sliced turkey breast from a honey backed ham store, and fresh head of cauliflower boiled.

I loved that you couldn't taste the cauliflower, but i'd add peas or maybe some green chilies, and i did add red pepper flakes and garlic powder.
