Hi I just joined the team and am excited to see there are some other yogi's on here! I am a newcomer to yoga but I have fallen in love with it and try to hit my mat 10 minutes a day! Something about stretching feels so good!

Great reminder! I'm trying to incorporate more yoga into my fitness, but for reasons other than gardening. This is a great reminder that we need to be careful when gardening as well, as we DO use different muscles then! Love the yoga suggestions - going to try to do them more often. :)
