I listen to KLove a lot. In the car, and when I'm home or on the go I listen online or on my phone with the mobile app. Just having it on does amazing things for me spiritually and emotionally. But as far as weight loss and motivation in that specific area I have been listening Hello My Name Is by Matthew West repeatedly. I have failed so many times, and have felt like such a defeatist. This song has helped me realize the Lord's love in an all new and much needed way. Here's a link if you want to listen with me :)
Love singing, so much so that i'm in my church choir as well as one of the singers on our worship team.
I have music on all day long, in my car, at work, not too much at home unless I'm listening on the internet. We have KGBI and K-Love, and a few others here in town. Plus I listen to Air1 on the internet quite a bit. www.air1.com feel free to check it out.
Anything upbeat, but my favorite old hymn is still the old rugged cross....so powerful.
Have a great weekend everyone! Sing out strong!!

Do not ask "is this good or bad...is this right or wrong for me?"...but instead ask "for where I want to be in the future, is this the WISE choice for me?"
"I have the right to do anything." you say - but not everything is beneficial. "I have the right to do anything" - but not everything is constructive. I Corinthians 10:23
