Hi, Becky, I am really glad things are going so well for your children. Really glad to hear Moose is doing well. I pray the Lord will bless you, lead you, and guide you, and heal you from the pain of your divorce. I pray you and Shawn will be guided by the Lord as you begin life together, and that He will be the center of your lives and your family. God bless you.

Hi! I really need some prayers right now. My separation from my ex-husband will be official at the beginning of next month. My boyfriend, Shawn's, house will be auctioned off on 10/23/12 and he has a job interview in the morning and another job interview on Tuesday. I am preparing to move myself and my children from SC to either my home state of VA or possibly to TN. Lots of prayer requests.

I do have some praises too though...
My Baby Moose will be turning 1 on November 21st. He is doing awesome since his surgery and he has a follow up appointment at the children's hospital on 10/09. My 7 year old, Chloe, is making straight A's in the 2nd grade, and my 5 year old, Noah, is also doing well in school. My 4 year old, Eli, is also learning at home. He is learning bible verses and songs through AWANA's at church. I'm just really blessed to have such great kids. My boyfriend, Shawn, and I, are doing great and trying to start our life together. God is good!

It's been a lazy day. I didn't go anywhere...car's in the shop! My dil's parents are loaning me a vehicle until I get mine back. They are such wonderful people, and I'm blessed to have them in my life. I have the best daughter-in-law ever!!

I have a lesson to work on for Sunday School, so I'd best get with it.

I continue in prayer for Bill, Lori, and Taylor.

Blessings,
Kathy

Hi, Friends. I'm continuing to pray for Taylor, Bill, and Lori (and family). Kathy, just keep doing the little simple things and soon you will find yourself doing more. I'm praying that you are able to focus more on your goals. Praise God that things worked out in your accident. God is still speaking to His people and some of them are actually listening.

I have a praise also. I have been feeling much more energetic the last few days. I have increased my eating somewhat so maybe that is helping. I know God is helping. Hallelujah. Thanks to those who prayed.

Janet, thanks for telling me about this team (when I was checking on you the other day). What a wonderful forum! I'm glad that you're losing consistently; I seem to be stalled. I know that I need to move more, so I guess I'd ask that you pray for me to have a change of attitude/behavior in order to keep moving forward with a more healthy lifestyle.

Jill, I'm sorry to hear about Lori's illness. The little ones need attention and don't always see the difference between neglect and illness. Adding both to my prayers.

TXMemaw6--may I have your sister's name? While I know that God knows who I'm praying for, it helps me. Also praying for Bill and Taylor.

I am thankful to find a praying group. Also I had a car accident on Tuesday as I was leaving Bible study. Only the car is injured, and it's in the shop now. We had been talking/sharing/studying how gracious God is--the guy whose truck I backed into refused to even file a claim with my insurance. People surprise me sometimes with their goodness, but God is always good.

Kathy

Hi, Jill and TX, I'm so happy to receive this update on Gail. God is so good. I prayed and praised as I read through your requests and reports. God be praised. He has healed in the past, and continues wherever there is need. I am so glad for SparkPeople. It is good to make new friends and to be able to weep and rejoice and pray with them, and know they do the same for me.

I, too, am praising God for healing for Gail. She is such a lovely lady and has been through so much. Also I praise God for the way my DH is healing after his shoulder surgery. He has not had nearly the anticipated pain and is recovering beautifully. Thank you, Father!! Isn't God's healing hand amazing sometimes?

Please pray for my bil, Bill, who was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. Bill is only 44 years old and has a wife and 2 children. He is also a Type 2 Diabetic. My sister is not handling the news well and needs prayers, too.

Also pray for my DGD. Taylor, who has shipped out to boot camp for the next 9 weeks. Pray for strength, endurance and courage to go through all she will be facing and also for peace while away from home. She is only 19 years old and after only a few days is already homesick.

Thank you for sharing my praises and my prayer requests. It is such a comfort to know that others will pray for me and my family and that God will hear and answers the prayers of His children.

Praises to God for healing my good Spark friend Gail as she's feeling much better. Also, he's slowly healing my little beagle, Snoopy who has a very bad back right now. I'm so thankful to him for giving me the strength to continue on in my Spark Journey even if I'm losing weight very slowly--I'll never quit this is a new and better Lifestyle for me.

Please pray for my dil, Lori, who has been so sick since she found out she was pregnant with their 2nd baby. She's not really giving her son, Noah, very much of her time as feels sick pretty much 24/7. I want her to feel better and be able to be a real Mom to him again, not to mention a wife to my son. Throughout the day she is in bed as feels sick and is always very tired. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

Thank you Janet for asking I'm comforted by the fact that I can pray for others and they in turn will be praying for me and my family.

Fall has arrived. The weather here shows it, too. It was darn cold here today. Whatever is going on in your life, God is still on His throne. Please share your praises and prayer requests here. We would like to pray and praise with you.

I have a prayer request. I have been losing pretty consistently and exercising. But my body is not acting right. I'm tired a lot. I don't know if I'm anemic, or not eating enough, or exercising too much, or something else. Please pray that God will give me His wisdom in meeting this problem. Thanks.
