End Week Weight: 305.6 Very happy with this number, I know that I didn't reach my goal. My highest during this challenge was 321.4. Means I reign it in and didn't continue sabotaging myself. Now I just need to keep it up.

What did you learn from this?
By tracking I've found that one nibble of junk can lead to 2. I'm a little shocked by my lossing this week I had a bad day Wednesday with nibbles. I need to make an effort to get my freggies in,it's doable and tracking makes it easier. I really think tracking daily for 7months has kept me accountable to myself. Written evidence cannot be denied!

I don't know why but Wednesday seems to be the hardest day for me to stay on track. I get the nibbles for some reason. I'm still within my range but definitely on the high end! Hope everyone is able to make a strong push these last couple days before this challenge ends! Good luck everyone!

WEEK SIX: This week we will focus on our healthy habits! What did you learn from this? The nutritional tracker is my best and most effective weight loss tool. I've probably been tracking my food for close to three years. I track when I'm good and I tend to get a little sloppy at tracking when I'm not so good. Being that I'm sincerely making headway to return to a healthy BMI before things get too out of hand, this week has been just the impetus to bring a new weight loss. I know that I gain two pounds the next day after eating excessive sodium levels (especially when eating out) and am thrilled when another whole day of healthy eating goes by and I find that I've more than lost that sodium gain. Happy, Happy! I had a date out on Friday and that means increased sodium and I allowed myself a mini-binge on the last of my Weight Watcher mini-bars (an extra 500 calories) for the day. Losing one pound today to lose more next week is acceptable as I have even greater incentive to stay the course next week (and work in some additional fitness minutes).

WEEK FOUR: WATER and ENCOURAGEMENT
You will earn 7 points if you meet the water goal at least 5 days, 10 points for meeting it 7 days. You will also earn 7 points for visiting another team member's Spark Page and leaving a token of encouragement there, 10 points if you share with us on the thread what you learned from them. So a possible 20 points this week!!

What did you learn from this?
By tracking I've found that one nibble of junk can lead to 2. I'm a little shocked by my lossing this week I had a bad day Wednesday with nibbles. I need to make an effort to get my freggies in,it's doable and tracking makes it easier. I really think tracking daily for 7months has kept me accountable to myself. Written evidence cannot be denied!

Week 3 Is all about Freggies!

Fruits and Vegetables are a natural low calorie source of so many important nutrients so this week we will focus on eating at least 5 servings of Freggies a day.

You will earn 7 points if you meet you goal at least 5 days this week and 10 points in you meet your goal every day.

Did you know that lack or excessive sleep could harm your weight loss or maintenance goals? This week focus on getting 7 or more hours of sleep a day, naps count.

It is time for our Winter Biggest Loser Challenge, in this challenge we will focus on healthy habits some we may already have and some we may need to still work on. I know each of us is at a different spot in our journey to living a healthier lifestyle and that's okay. As we work together as a team we can encourage one another, share what has worked for us, and at the end of this challenge hopefully we will have meet some goals.

I don't have access to a computer right now so I will try to keep the tracking simple so everyone can participate and I can get the results posted in a quick manner.
