Welcome to the Jingle Bell Challenge. Please do not reply to this Post. It is for information only.

The Challenge begins October 1. We will post our weight for the 1st on our tracking page.
For the first four weeks we will give ourselves 1 point for each day we drink at least 8 glasses of water, with a maximum of 7 points per week. emoticon
Each week we will post our weight on Monday (if possible).

The Second part of the challenge begins October 29.
During that 4 week period we will give ourselves 1 point for each day we exercise for at least 10 minutes. (This way those who are more fit will not have an advantage over those who arenít there yet.) emoticon
Again, there is a maximum of 7 pts. per week.
We will continue to post our weight on Monday.

The Third part of the challenge begins November 26.
During that 4 week period we will give ourselves 1 point for each day we track our food on the SP nutrition tracker, with a maximum of 7 points per week. emoticon
We will continue to post our weight on Monday.
The last day of the challenge is December 24th, Christmas Eve.

Bonus points: You may claim up to 2 points per week for commenting on a challenge memberís blog or page, encouraging them on their journey. One point per comment. Please try to spread the encouragement around.
