What type?
Have you gone into the Community tab, Message Boards and posted you need a buddy or ask a specific question?
You will find the message boards to be a great place to find help of all sorts, especially if you post in the right forum.

Thanks for the help. I did figure it out. On preferences you can change the date and time. Apparently my laptop was set a day ahead. All fixed and good emoticon

That doesn't sound right.
Go to the Community Tab then to Message Boad then to the Technical Site Board and tell them your problem. Someone from SP will help you tomorrow.
Let me know if they don't.

Just joined yesterday. Still feeling out the site. My question is why is the food tracker always default to the next day. Everytime i went to enter "today's" food I had to reset to the current date. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?

SparkPeople can be overwhelming at first.

Settle down, take a deep breath, and just start reading.

Just about everything you need to or want to know about SP is within SP, you just have to get acquainted with the site.

Check out the tab "Community" for Message Boards and Teams that may be of interest to you.

Check out the tab "Healthy Lifestyle" for articles and videos that will be of help to you.
Just keep going to the tabs for help.

BUT - if you still need help just post here and one of the team leaders will help direct you.
