So the excuse monster has been riding my back for a while now. I have been doing some exercise but I just don't feel like I am doing a good job or getting very consistent with it. It seems to be a go 3 days, sit 3 days. Not really a good plan! I want to see a better consistency of action not laziness!

Okay so I have been making so many excuses lately to not exercise as much as I was before. I let past anxiety attacks be the excuse to break my streak and to lower my exercise minutes. I was becoming the Excuse Queen! NO more! I came across this article today and thought I would share it with you all. I hope it helps you like it helped me.
