Just because, for most of us, it's sweater & coat weather, that's no reason to
stop working out our arms. Just think 'SUMMER'!

The tricep (Latin for "three-headed arm muscle") composes of 2/3 of your arm therefore it is a key muscle to concentrate on when building arm strength and reducing your "bat wings" (saggy arms due to lack of toning)! emoticon
