Make it a habit to use your Spark People calendar. Help yourself stay on track with your daily fitness and nutrition goals with this interactive calendar!

See your monthly progress at a glance.
Your SparkSummary calendar is customizable to show Calories Eaten, Fitness Minutes (including cardio and strength and toning), Calories Burned, Weight, SparkPoints, and Appointments to help you to get organized as well.

To access your calendar, go to the START page and it is tucked in my Goals & Progress, under the area that shows your weight. Just click on the "Calendar Preferences" button directly above the calendar and click off or on any of the available features. You can check your progress at any time and even print the calendar if you wish.

The 13th of the month is more likely to fall on Friday than on any other day of the week. The 13th falls on Friday 688 times every 400 years, while it falls on Saturday and Thursday 684 times, Tuesday and Monday 685 times, and Wednesday and Sunday 687 times.
