We have a team goal of eating breakfast every morning. I thought we'd expand this board to include all meals - share your creative ways of making meal time fun and interesting. For example, I struggle with breakfast. I wake up too late, I forget to eat when I get to work even if I bring breakfast with me and breakfast is a chore. One way I've learned to get around this is to make fruit smoothies. I blend up berries, plain yogurt and a bit of milk, with ice. I pour it into my travel mug and head to work. It's an easy and delicious way to ensure I have bkfast.

Use this board to talk about making meals, sharing food, and making sure that we are eating healthy.
