How about a cooler? or perhaps you could purchase a small second hand fridge.

When I get old I don't want people thinking "What a sweet little old lady".. I want 'em saying "Oh Crap! What's she up to now?"

Can you make use of a fridge at work?

The plant I worked at burned to the ground last November, Since this past Feb. I have been stuck traveling to my job every week and only able to go home on the weekend. I was preparing food and taking it with me because I had a frig in my room. and the walking I got in the plant was good for exercising, but not as much as I used to get. Now I have been moved to the office and have gone from walking 11 miles a day to sitting 8 hours, and bringing my own meals has been replaced with having to eat out because I changed motels and no longer have the frig or microwave.... Does anyone have some suggestions? I feel the weight coming back on so fast, I am afraid I will surpass my old weight.

The only way left is up.
