Well, due the busyness of summer, I have put a few pounds on... Back to using the myfitnesspal app daily! I had myself set for 1600 calories. This time I let it set the calories for me, which it came up with 1270. I will stick with that until these few pounds come off, then will probably up it a little again, maybe to 1500. I don't add my exercise calories back in, so I think that it would work out well.
But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
