Everyone gets a pizza craving now and then. My sister shared this pizza crust recipie with me and it's awesome :) Made it with bbq chicken toppings last night!

Ingredients:
2.25 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup warm water
1 package yeast
1 tbsp honey
pinch of salt (i used a couple grids of our sea salt)

blend yeast, warm water, and honey. let it set a bit
Mix in flour and salt

Makes about 6, 3oz dough balls that are 175 calories a piece :)

Bakes for 10-15 minutes at 400 F

I'm going to have to try those energy bites!

Has anyone tried the Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip muffins posted on Clare's FB page last week? These are adapted from her page. I just made these and they are sooooo good and make my home smell so wonderful.

It is really easy.
1 box of Spice Cake Mix
1 can (15. ounce can), make sure it is not the pie filling
1/4 cup of Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips (these are optional, if you don't want to use them)
1-2 TSP. of water(I added a little water because it was sooo thick)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients and pour into greased muffin tin. Bake approx 20-25 min. depending on the oven. I was able to get about 18 muffins from this recipe.

Hope you all are enjoying Fall so far with your families. God Bless!!
