Sounds good. I'm there! The nutrition part will be sodium intake for me as that is one of my more difficult things to control. So my sodium goal is to stay under 2500 mg per day.

1. Cardio -- get in at least 10mins of cardio each day 2. Food/Drink Tracking -- track all food and drink you consume each day 3. Calorie (or other nutrition range) -- stay within your range each day ** I know some of you mentioned never reaching your calorie range so therefore getting points in this category is hard. Pick a different one. Sodium? Fat? Something that will also help you. 4. ME Time -- take 5mins of time to yourself each day - this can be reading, writing, meditation, yoga, etc. anything that is for you.

Calorie (or other nutrition range) -- stay within your range each day ** I know some of you mentioned never reaching your calorie range so therefore getting points in this category is hard. Pick a different one. Sodium? Fat? Something that will also help you. 4. ME Time -- take 5mins of time to yourself each day - this can be reading, writing, meditation, yoga, etc. anything that is for you.

Each day you have an opportunity to earn 20pts (5pts per category)
