I walked 1/2 mile today and picked up litter along our hwy! This is a nice way to incorporate a little extra exercise into the day and the roadside looks so much better now!

I've been sick with the flu for the past couple of days and so moving has not been a priority. Sometimes lying still and getting rest is a good thing too, but I will get moving again and I'll be back! Oh Yeah!!!

I have moved by walking, riding a stationary bike, or doing an AB video everyday since we started this except on Sundays. Sundays I clean. LOL. I move alot doing that though.Good luck with your bike. I wish I had one at home even if it was old.

Way to Go!!! My husband and I had a serious discussion about our diets and the way we have not adhered to healthy eating yesterday. Today...my husband has pulled out our old stationary bike...and I mean old...ha ha...and is oiling it and getting it ready to have some miles put on it. In time we may get a better one, but for now...this will have to do. The idea is to add minutes each day onto it and increase the minutes every day. I'll keep you posted. Move...Move...Move!!!

I did 30 minutes on the stationary bike and 18 minutes of dancing on the WII on Saturday. I moved everyday last week except Sunday but I forgot to post. Im sorry!

We have a wonderful team that enjoys saving money...But another good thing to save is our "Health". So...after reading "Jodyisthewoman" comment that she left about..."Moving", I thought it would be a good thing to focus on for at least the next two weeks. Let's Welcome "Jodyisthewoman"...and then let's check in here over the next two weeks and post how many minutes we spent...moving...whether it's walking, running, exercising, etc. Let's do it team!!!
