I did great. I'm on WW and stayed completely within my points. Fridays are usually hard for me because it's the day I get weighed in. We had tacos last night. I did have to keep myself from munching before bed, but did it.
Today, we're taking our oldest granddaughter out for her "special day". We do this with one grandchild each month and it's her turn. We're taking her to a museum and then to Old Country Buffet. Since it's so nice out, we'll probably get an ice cream cone later. Will be harder today, but I've only eaten 5 flex points all week, so I should be fine.
Let's see if we can plan our meals and get right within our goals for nutrition in all of the categories for Friday. See if you can eat the right amount of everything. It may take some planning. Report back here tomorrow.
