You all have some fantastic ideas for taking care of or pampering yourself. Oh Pam I so PROUD of you!! That's my next thing to do and I'm so scared! Oh, Kettle Corn, yum but I must admit that I too am feeling a bit "fluffy"! LOL I like that word for it Angela. So my nice thing for myself was to throw some old lipsticks that I had. I don't really wear them very often and I know some of those I've had for 2 years!! Then I opened one my DD gave me for Valentines day this year. And I'm actually wearing it!!
Then DH and I walked to lunch at the cafeteria, across campus, and back. I was good to myself and had a good healthy lunch! I'm so happy that I've been tracking every bite I take and every exercise I do. I think I'm actually starting to see the scales budge!!
I'm going to the Vintage Days at Fresno State with a friend on Friday. I will buy myself some kettle corn because is is the best when made by a big machine. Looking forward to that Kettle Corn tomorrow!

I have a lot of cigarette money available and today am deciding what to do with it. My thirty days mark is tomorrow and the money total is over $204. (I am told cigs are up in price in the last month so I may have even more coming, lol.) I may order an iPod touch, but for now, am in the happy deciding stage.

This may seem a bit off topic. But the thing I'm going to do for myself is to spend today getting back on track.
Since hosting the family Easter dinner (17 people), I've been steadily eating the leftovers (most not real diet friendly, hard to log too because they're prepared recipes). I've been dipping into the chocolate, and my TOM is/was also very strange (unusually light) this go 'round. So I feel very "fluffy" and I don't like it.
So, with that said, I don't care if it's not Monday, I'm starting TODAY!
I challenge you to do something nice for yourself. Spritz on perfume, put on some lipstick, better yet buy yourself a new one. Especially if your lipstick is old! Drink some extra water, go for a good walk, do your nails, get your nails done. Whatever you do, do something for you, because you deserve it. You work hard. Whether it's outside of the home or in the home, you work hard and deserve to pamper yourself a little. Don't blow the budget, just do something that's a pick-me-up!
