This may seem a bit off topic. But the thing I'm going to do for myself is to spend today getting back on track.
Since hosting the family Easter dinner (17 people), I've been steadily eating the leftovers (most not real diet friendly, hard to log too because they're prepared recipes). I've been dipping into the chocolate, and my TOM is/was also very strange (unusually light) this go 'round. So I feel very "fluffy" and I don't like it.
So, with that said, I don't care if it's not Monday, I'm starting TODAY!
