Hi Everyone,
I'm so sorry I'm just getting here almost a week later. It has been raining here every day and the storms or something has knocked out my internet for a few days. I've been on the phone with our cable/phone/internet service for 3 days off and on all day.The big box that has all of the wires and stuff for the company, is in my yard, and it appears to be sinking into the ground. I guess all of the wires have gotten soaked, because the waters were up to the bottom of my car doors every morning. It hasn't rained all day so hopefully it will be okay for a while. Hopefully I won't get kicked off the net.

Hey Heather,
I sparkmailed you about it. I edited the post on here to reflect the correct numbers. I left V out of my addition, and she posted her points as 29 when it is really 31.She poated her early post bonus but didn't add it into her totals. Everything has been edited though and we ended up with a 34.3 average instead of a 34.5.

Okay...I am not sure what I put here or how the points are calculated but

I lost 21 pounds...I have have doubled checked at the dr.'s office. Apparently eating enough calories is helpful along with moving. I have done 10,000 + steps each day for the last two weeks...mostly hauling stuff around the house and the backyard.

We found about $150 by not having to pay late fees.

We saved $160 by not eating McDonald's.

Downside, we spent $580 re-doing our backyard.

Water I haven't been able to get the just do it attitude with yet.

Swimming 1 hour each day.

Thighs: 24 -0


Weight: 315 down 3 pounds
Waist: 43.5 - down .5 + .5 from last week 1 inch
Hips: 48 - 0
Thighs: 23.5 - down .5 (does not count this week)

Water 8 glasses a day x 7 days =10 pts.

10,000+ steps a day x 7 days, total steps 87,384
= 10 pts.
Financial Goal: We did a bunch of recycling, such as aluminum cans, old metals that were just around in the shed, newspapers, and plastic bottles and jugs. We made $113 from taking them to the scrap yard ! How great is that? To help in cleaning up the planet and make money while doing it ! - 5 points

Personal Choice Goal:Mission Accomplished,- 5 points.

Interesting choice of names Sherry. Must be because 1. you keep tying your shoes together (hence the shoe icon) and 2. you have to step up because that is the only way you can move forward. And the sassy, well, you just are plain sassy which was a no brainer. emoticon Spunky, but sassy.

You better learn to untie those shoes or you will get the boot from Heather's team! emoticon I think I better leave you this emoticon just in case you fall down and go boom boom and hurt your knee. And if that happens I will be there to emoticon your boo boo and make it all better. But then should you fall, you will be out of commission for awhile, so I suggest you get those emoticon untied and soon!

Hey ! Did anyone hear that? It sounded like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. I bet that Snottie is sneaking around our thread, again. Maybe she thinks we're still the Buccaneers. She really did want to be a pirate. She just wouldn't admit it to her team mates. It's so sad.

Josephine: No extra points, but 10,000+ a day for 7 days gets us 10 points because we get a 3 pt. bonus. Also you can get pts. for 8 glasses of water a day, the financial challenge,and your weekly choice challeng. If you get all of those, you get our team 30 pts. Then if you do lose any pounds or inches, it's just bonus, for you and the team.
