I believe you had misinterpreted my earlier missive.

I did not intend to use the term "mothers" solely to denote the plural of a maternal parent, but also as a double entendre with the alternate meaning to be taken as the derogatory vulgar meaning of the term "mothers".

I apologize for any misunderstanding and the lack of clarity in the double entendre.

So now back to the illiterate pirate linguistic pattern.

I stopped tracking because of an Easter Candy fueled binge derailed any diet for the last 3 weeks.

So now I see my tracker is going to end up moving a bit to the left when I weigh in for the Mother's Day Challenge.

But I am soo ready to win the Mother's Day Challenge against Heather's Team. I have a 100 mile bike ride at the end of the month I am training for, so I am ready to beat the mothers in the Mother's day challenge.

Eh, sorry, I stopped tracking. I have been great with water and ranges, and mostly exercising. I store teh EOTD up for my circuit days now... I like some of them but hate most of them. I will find others I like somewhere (I got resistence bands and there are tons of exercises out there, and I have my ball and weights).

Well, WaterBaby, just in case we don't quit... This is fro the last 2 weeks... just surviving my cold was all the energy I had, but I'm gonna put these totals in anyway...

Week 4 (Mar11-17)
7 days 12/8oz glasses of water = 7 pts
Nutrition range(3 of 7) = 3 pts
Cardio at least 15 min/day(375mins) = 7 pts
EOTD (1 of 7) = 1 pt

total for week 4 = 18

Week 5 (Mar18-250
7 days 12/8oz glasses of water = 7 pts
Nutrition range (2 of 7) = 2 pts
Cardio at least 15 mins/day (245mins) = 7 pts
EOTD (0 of 7) = 0 pts

total for week 5 = 16 pts

Total points to date = 110

Did not quite finish the bedrooms, but I will, so no extra points for me either week. Now that I am feeling better, I will finish out this last week with flying colors.

I am having a hard time with my nutrition range, I usually miss 1 or 2 things I am tracking by just a few points. I have been in my calorie range every day except for 2 days that I was really sick and I had to force feed myself to get 800.

Let me know if we will continue or not, I really don't want WaterBaby to put forth all that effort and just stop now. I'll be better this week if she will come backemoticon

I want to inspire by my actions, not by what I say I want to do.

I'm afraid I'm having a week of unmotivation, Stephanie. My kids are off on Spring Break and there's candy EVERY WHERE! I'm dying. My husband has lost 20lbs in 3 weeks by going to our doc and doing this diet program with him where he gets vitamin injections/fat blockers and a supplement to take home. I have to cook special meals for him anyways, so I think I'm going to call tomorrow and get myself on it. I'm getting sick of rollercoasting up and down. In the last week I've put back on like everything I've lost in the last month. I'm close to my initial goal, but now that I'm here, I think I can stand to lose about 20 more lbs. I still have the dimples and puddin', so I think it's what's right for me.

But My bedrooms are all clean, my living room has been decluttered, and I've even refinished my coffee table. Although I don't think I like it so much now. I added a white stripe to it to cover some wear and it's too much. So I may paint a leaf design to match the rug it sits on. But that will have to wait b/c I'm out of polyurethane.

Week 6, 3/25-3/31
Final Week! Go eat a big chocolate cake. April Fool's, well, almost :-) The most important room for your family - The Living Room. Again with the drapes and blinds and knick knacks. And do you really need EVERY issue of that magazine? Consider even your furniture arrangement. It's fun and encouraging to change things up (which can help encourage your lifestyle changes). How about the biggest clear out of all? Did you have that yard sale or donation, yet? It's not gone until it's ALL gone. And if you sell all that old stuff, that's money IN your pocket!

Toby, it's totally understandable to spend time with your kids! And don't forget, you have another whole week for those bedrooms.

Stephanie, have you thought about making some changes to your exercise routine? Like if you go to a gym and usually use the treadmill, switch to the elliptical. Or change your intervals. Or changing your eating habits could help, too. Sometimes the body needs to be shocked. I've lost a lot of weight since I started my no breads, pastas, or rice diet. I'm only doing it for this month and then I'll only have carbs with one meal. And even then they'll only be whole grains.

How's everyone doing? Our 5th week of the challenge starts tomorrow (Tues) and after that we'll be having our final week.

Here's the financial goals for this week, which are the same as last week. So just keep up the awesome job you're already doing!
Week 4 & 5, 3/11-3/17 & 3/18-3/25
I don't have to tell you, you know what your bedrooms need. Hopefully there'll be some clothes being put in the yard sale/donate pile. Also consider when the last time you dusted your blinds or cleaned your drapes. It's little details like this that can really invigorate you for Spring, which will officially be here on the 20th! If you're working in the office area, perhaps you have a personal filing system that needs an overhaul. Just keep saying to yourself, "Do I really NEED this?" Start taking inventory of your living room.

Keep in mind that for our final week, it's the Living Room. So if you're done in the bedrooms and want to get started on that, feel free. And don't forget about those points for either donating or having a yard sale. Just because it's out of the room, doesn't mean it's not still cluttering your closets or garage.

Sorry I am so late with this. Last 7 or 8 days were the most stressful for me so far on SP. Ton of work related and personal stuff. All better now. So anyway...

Totals for week 3 (Mar4 - Mar10)
712/8oz glasses of water per day(7of7) = 7pts

Sorry, guys. We have had a family crisis so I was out of town last weekend and will be again this weekend. Have had a hard time catching up with everything this week. With everything (out of town in a stressful family situation and eating out non-stop) my diet has been a disaster!

Here is what I have done since I last reported on 3/6:
Water - not one day this past week
Calorie range - 2 days (yikes!)
Cardio - 30 minutes or more 3/6, 3/10, 3/11, 3/12 7 3/13
EOTD - 4 days

With being gone my house goals are clearly not being met - I feel good I have the laudry done and dinner made!

I don't have to tell you, you know what your bedrooms need. Hopefully there'll be some clothes being put in the yard sale/donate pile. Also consider when the last time you dusted your blinds or cleaned your drapes. It's little details like this that can really invigorate you for Spring, which will officially be here on the 20th! If you're working in the office area, perhaps you have a personal filing system that needs an overhaul. Just keep saying to yourself, "Do I really NEED this?" Start taking inventory of your living room.

Oh I love the shoulder stretch EOTD! I actually do this every time I exercise and every morning and night. I carry my stress between my shoulder blades and it really helps.

Thanks Stephanie. It feels good to be home. We're talking and working through things. Only time will tell but it all seems really positive right now. I had an awesome day and really worked out hard and got some great deals on some stuff I needed for a friend's bridal shower myself and another bridesmaid are hosting. I had actually had 12c. of water drank by 2pm (like I said, I worked out hard). Plus I take a fiber supplement 3x's a day and need a c. of water just to do that. It was insane. I was so hyped up I could've done more exercises but it was lunch time and I was hungry - LOL.

Great job everyone, Moindre yery detailed and exacting, writer mommy you are lucky you don't have to go shopping for awhile.

I am inventorying my bathroom and linen closet this evening, late so i don't get points, but I need to do it anyways. My daughter used up the last of her toothpaste this morning and I suspect I had picked up a few tubes from the clearance shelf at target last summer.

Totals for week 2... I guess I'm late (Feb26-Mar3)

inventory of bathroom: 0
I never got around to doing it on the weekend, and I had a choice between making bread with my preschooler and replying to a thread on a low budget meal plan, or inventorying my bathroom. So my bathroom inventory isn't getting done this week for points, I will do it next week anyways.

So my total to date is 32 points

Week 3-4 will be pretty good, I will be cleaning out bedrooms.
