Food of the week: Carrots
Did you know that carrots are by far the richest source of carotenoid phytonutrients such as beta carotene? Just one cup of carrots contains 250% of the RDA for beta carotene, which, particularly if the carrots have been lightly steamed and served with a little olive oil, our bodies can convert into vitamin A.

Do some or add to your strength training routine this week.
Spiritual:

Look up the word "Foundation" or "Build" in the Bible and read Scripture containing one of these words each day this week.
