One of the most challenging things about sticking to your healthy lifestyle is maintaining your motivation to stay with a program for the long haul. So what should you do when you find your interest and motivation waning?

2. Update your status with a moyivational quote

3. Complete 100 fitness minutes or more


Start a week streak. Do Something each day for one week. Each week can be something new.
