No change this week. That is both good news and bad news. I wish I had lost some but I am thrilled that I haven't gained. This has been a stressful week and I have been at the mercy of others for transportation to and from work and Bible study, so I have not been able to plan meals as carefully as I would like. Yay! I released 1 more pound this week! Ok, I am 7 pounds short of how much I wanted to lose by now. But that is ok, it was still a weight loss!!! I am happy that I didn't gain any. I went over my calories a couple of days and didn't exercise like I planned. Today is a new day. And I will keep on moving in the right direction!!!
My paper clip chain is 10 links long now... not bad, 10 pounds in 3 weeks. I will take a picture of it to post soon so everyone can see my progress. It is getting long enough that my cats are noticing it hanging on the wall and are trying to get to it to play with it.

What day of the week do all of you weigh in? Is there a reason you chose that day to be your weigh in day? Just curious. Wow you are all doing great and I'm so happy about it. I understand that the scale isn't the final factor, but weight has a major bearing on the health of many, including myself.
