I joined the Streak Into Spring challenge--20 minutes of fitness for 20 days. I'm tweeting my progress, which is keeping me accountable....can't have my followers seeing me slack! So far it hasn't been difficult to get it in, even on the days I haven't been able to get to the gym, but I know making it through the first half is crucial for really seeing it through.
