Today's workout was not typical.... I didn't do a ZWOW or a Spark bootcamp video like I usually do. Today.... I cleaned house.... and right now... my hands and arms feel like jello, I can barely type and I have sweat dripping .... well.... you don't need to know where.
And this was just DOWNSTAIRS!
Stripped and remade the bed
Dusted guest room (I'm having guest today)
swept and mopped guest room
Took remainder of the Christmas stuff that was stored in the guest room down to basement (5 trips up and down 2 flights of stairs)
Cleaned tub and toilet, swept, mopped and cleaned baseboards in bathroom with Magic eraser.
Now for the strength training.
swept and mopped living room (moved furniture)
Flipped couches upside down (Huge 9 foot long monster) vacuumed bottom of couch and inside cushions.
Swept and mopped (scrubbed) kitchen floor, polished counter tops and appliances, cleaned out fridge, washed shelve and drawers.
Now I need a cocktail.
Oh... forgot about running all of my husband and kids crap up the stairs and out of our main living area.
edit... add beat all of the area rugs.... NOW THAT IS A WORKOUT!
