Ok scale is only down .6 lbs this morning but I feel great about that since I am all bloated, crampy and miserable with this time of month on me. So to have that and see a loss, gets me excited to see how far it will drop down next week, since I am usually up from it.

Well with my slight weight gain a couple weeks ago I have been able to take off all the gain plus another 1.4 lbs Woo hoo scale is moving downward again.
Herane just try and plan ahead when you go out to eat, so you stay with in your calorie range and look for the healthiest choices on the menu. And just tell your new friend that your trying to get hotter looking and so your skipping the deserts : )
