I haven't done any since I started fasting as I'm trying to squeeze in exercises in 10-min including warm up, cool down and stretches!

Re-visited this workout today! Am glad I did before the end of the month because I wasn't looking forward to it, ha. I did this after a rest day yesterday... to save myself from dying during it and start fresh haha. No shower over me in the heat unfortunately though... that would be so nice to be sprayed with water during a workout! :D

This time around I got 3 rounds + 5 ninja jumps + 2 CB burpees! Big improvement for me, yay! Nearly a whole round of improvement! I'm surprised but very, very happy with my result! :)

Way to go, STEPH! Hopefully you will not die from this ZWOW, especially with your hot weather or maybe you can do under shower or ask someone to constantly spraying you with cold water while ZWOWing LOL Here, it's either too sunny or too rainy so when it's too hot, I get headache but when it's too cold, it's so tempted to cuddle in bed, haha.

This is a really hard one... I don't know if I can improve my score ... I think I might die doing it again?? Haha.
30 degree C heat for me (respect to everyone who works-out on the regular in a hot climate!) and had a super tough workout Wednesday night... only just starting to get sore but this workout should help some air get into my muscles and keep me loose ha.
I got 2 rounds + 5 ninja jumps + 5 CB burpee's. I'm surprised!!

07-07 = 2 rounds + #1 2 reps.

Yay, I've improved my score from the first result! Honestly, I did modified versions for the burpees and 1-arm pushup so next time I'm doing this ZWOW #70, I will try the full versions :D
