I think splitting the 6-min into intervals help to get higher number of reps. Similar like when I did burpees during tv commercials :D

I just had one final shot at this challenge for the month!
I split the minutes up, so did one minute of burpee's and recorded, I then either did some jump rope or had a short rest. Then I started the next minute. Not exactly intense interval training, enough time to rest and get my breathing back to normal.
I did 13-14-14-13-13-15 - Pushed so hard to get 15 burpee's in one minute!

Total burpee's = 82! Woo! I did not think they would add up that high ha! But I did stretch the 6 mins up :)

Comparing my first and last :D
06-05 = 44x, first.
06-23 = 66x, last.
I have increased 22x in a month, WooHoo!

Today, I did Burpees Challenge and increased again! It was sort of intervals coz I did during commercials and I also did additional 4-min making total 10-min Burpees, WooHoo!
What I did:
1:48 = 15
2:23 = 25
1:49 = 26
Total = 66x burpees in 6-min.
*Additional time
2:43 = 37
1:1 = 15
Total = 118x burpees in 10-min

My progress:
06-05 = 44x, afternoon, after 3-min jump rope and I did in intervals (50s burpees, 10s rest). 
06-10 = 45x, morning, after 8-min on mini tram and I did straight 6-min with leisurely pace LOL
06-15 = 56x, night, after 1-min on mini tram and I did straight 6-min with increasing burning at my legs, haha.
06-23 = 66x, morning, commercials intervals (1:48, 2:23, 1:49).

On 15th, I did 56x, WooHoo! Quite lots of progress compare to last time (45x). I did after jumping on mini tram 1-min then for the Burpees itself, I did in 5 sets of 10x then 6 more till time up.

Ok, so comparing with my previous:
06-05 = afternoon, after 3-min jump rope and I did in intervals (50s burpees, 10s rest).
06-10 = morning, after 8-min on mini tram and I did straight 6-min with leisurely pace LOL
06-15 = night, after 1-min on mini tram and I did straight 6-min with increasing burning at my legs, haha.

Wow, congrats! You increased even with wearing jeans! You should try wearing long skirt next time to increase the challenge LOL And believe me, you have to split concentration between burpees and trying to not trip, hehe.

I beat it! By ONE! hehe!
I tried the interval approach this time of 10/50s. It looked like this~
11-8-10-8-10-9
Total = 56!

I did it quickly at work when I was alone and wearing jeans was pretty tough haha!

I finally started! Haha

I had some minutes free in work and I'm not wearing jeans today so I started my timer at 6 minutes and pushed for burpees!
My starting number is 55. I just did a straight 6 minutes and kept going for as long as I could and took short breathing breaks!

06-05 = 44x burpees in 6 minutes.

What I did: Intervals 6 rounds of 50s burpees/10s rest. Before and after the 6-min burpees, I did intervals of jump rope, 3-min normal jump rope before then 3-min blind jump rope after the burpees. No wonder my legs feel throbbing like I have second heart so tomorrow I will do light cardio, no elliptical or crazy jump rope, hehe.

You can do as many days as you want but remember to compare your first time you do it and the final day of the month and see your progress. Of course, it's better to do more than two days to get progress :D
