I think we have lost the main purpose of this forum LOL And great for you to try the song workout :D My bum feel very sore today, thanks to my 3 songs lower-body cardio-strength yesterday - I did 20 reps of 3x jump lunges + torso twist (to both sides) then 100 reps of lateral jump lunges and lastly, 80 reps of jump squat. Coz the songs are between 3 to 4 minutes, so I ended up doing those exercises more than I usually did, hehe.

I did one song this morning! Baby steps! ;) Haha.

And am still working on the ZWOW's! I just did #17... I'm loving going through them! Is this even relevant in this thread? I forgot ha!

Oh I see, that's good! And manageable! I will have to try this... It would do me some good - I usually get up, get washed and dressed and get out to work! It would even be good to just get moving to three songs sometime in the morning!

Most songs are less than 4 minutes, so far, the shortest is 2:51 and the longest song is 4:36. So, for 3 songs, it's always less than 12-min, which is good for my short-period concentration LOL

Are the songs that length per song or it is 10-11.5 mins for all 3 songs?

I started my challenge last Friday and today is my 4th day, still able to do my morning quickies with three songs from my playlist (I picked 27 songs from Japanese anime soundtracks) :D And those three songs are between 10 to 11:30minutes and I picked all fast beats songs! So far, after I did the workout, I felt more alert, less sleepy and less temptation to get back into bed, hehe.

This sounds like a really good thing to take part in and lots of fun too!
Are you going to do some cardio along with three songs then? That sounds manageable for a morning 'quickie'!! I would love you to come back and share how it goes! :)

I completed ZWOW#15 today so am glad to be keeping on track in working my way through ZWOWs!!

On 19th June, we will have an event in our office that related to health and safety so there might be a free heatlh check, hehe. So, starting today, 24th May, I'm doing countdown to the day by doing cardio every morning with three songs! It's also an experiment to see if listening to fast beat songs will help me to give extra push for my morning exercises!

I really wish morning workouts were an option for me... Getting up at 5am is already ridiculously early (for work) and I have to be in bed for around 9pm...
I do have morning workouts at the weekend though, so I do try, hehe!

I think morning is the best time to workout because throughout the day, we might get too drained but trying to wake up early enough to workout is too challenging LOL

Let's become much stronger to resist the temptation of not working out :D

For me, after my 12 hour work day I am sometimes just too tired to work out... And then when I am working out - My memory is so bad I forget about all the ideas/workouts/jump variations that I want to try for the first time haha!

But we carry on! Hehe! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I haven't tried any of the others yet... I will have to give one a shot before/after a workout one night... afterwards workout I think?
Time just seems to go so fast... Not always enough time to try everything, but I will try and keep trying! :)

- 3-min Flying Burpees = 15
- 3-min Tree Pose Side Plank + Push Up (Left Side) = 4.5

It's a trio workouts challenge, 12-min AMRAP!
Do these:
- 3-min Flying Burpees
- 3-min Tree Pose Side Plank + Push Up (Left Side)
- 3-min Plank-Pike-Lunge Yoga
- 3-min Tree Pose Side Plank + Push Up (Right Side)
