Did #63 last night, got 1 rounds and three exercises before the bridge (2 sets of Weighted 1-leg Step Up and Sumo Dead Lift). I was a bit disappointed that I didn't get 2 rounds but I think because I'm still getting use with heavier weights (dumbbells and new kettlebell and maybe my own body weight LOL). Can't wait to try again this ZWOW this week!

Did #62 this afternoon, got 15:28 :D It was also a first workout that I use a kettlebell, I'm using a 4kg, WooHoo!

I finally got around to doing #62 last night.

I killed it 9:07 I went through those burpees soo fast.. I do them way faster when its a set number rather than 50 seconds- I dread 50 seconds- 10 burpees No Problem.

Used 10lbs on KB and Deadlifts
Used 2 5lbs on my jump lunges.

Welcome to the Spring shape up challenge.

For this month's challenge, we are going to do ZWOW #62 - #65. It focuses on the butt and hamstrings. A great way to get ready for summer.
