My 60-Day Measurements (15-Apr-2013, supposed to do on 6th April):
Upper arm = 10.25" (30th = 10.25"; Before = 10")
Breasts = 35" (30th = 36"; Before = 34")
Under breasts = 28.25" (30th = 27.5"; Before = 27.5")
Waist = 30.25" (30th = 31"; Before = 30.25")
Hips = 37" (30th = 37.75"; Before = 38")
Thigh = 23" (30th = 22.5"; Before = 22.75")
Home scale = 59 kg (30th = 58 kg; Before = 57 kg)

There are some losses, there are some gains between 30th and 60th days :D But if compare to before start of this challenge, more gains or back to the original numbers emoticon

Apr-12 = ZWOW #28, 2 rounds + Dragon Kicks 10 reps/leg.

Apr-14 = ZWOW #29, 2 rounds + Alt. Pistol Squats 5 reps (only one side). ZWOW #30, 21:59.

I kinda cheated as I did 2 ZWOWs on same day. Original plan was on saturday do #29 and today, #30. But I woke up late/too much sleep in the morning then afternoon, relatives came and night, went to my cousin's special event. I can just move my ZWOW on tomorrowbut based on experience, that usually leads to proscrinate!

ZWOW #30 and ZWOW #01 are same workout and I broke my record, WooHoo. On Feb 5th, I got 32:20 and on Apr 14th, got 21:59 :D

Apr-09 = ZWOW #26.

Apr-10 = ZWOW #27 = 50 reps for Buy In Weighted Overhead Squats (3-min) and total 129 reps for Weighted Walking Lunges. For the last four minutes, my reps increased - 12 to 13 to 14 and finally 15, WooHoo!

This month, I'm increasing my dumbbells weight and I also use a kettlebell for first time :D

March 29th - did ZWOW #18, did 3 rounds instead of 5 rounds, got 26:35. By the time I was in mid of 3rd round, I found that I was starting to lose control of my postures, uhuh. Probably because I felt yesterday, bruised my legs and pride and my whole body is still sore from that fall. So, I'll try to do things slowly from now on.

March 12th - ZWOW #09 (AMRAP 10-min) 2 rounds and 3 reps Santana

March 13th - ZWOW #10 (AMRAP 10-min) 2 rounds but I add extra 10s to finish last 10 reps from last exercise. So, perhaps more accurate is 2 rounds minus 10 reps from last exercise, hehe.

Next week, I will try to start the normal ZWOW plan - 5 ZWOWs in a week :D

I think my inches rearrange themselves LOL Waist upwards (except Under Breasts) are increased but lower body decreased :D Weight also increased but this is just first 30 days, still have long way to go, hehe.

Has anyone did their 30 days measurements? :D

Didn't get my workout in yesterday. Spent the day with my daughter who lives out of town.

But I got my workout on today. Had to modify it A LOT The jumping really bothers my feet. Still worked up a major sweat though WOW I really hate burpees

Very excited tonight. I was able to actually do the burpee push ups fully extended rather than on my knees. This is a first. I didn't go all the way down (not yet) but I went 1/2 to 3/4 of the way.

I did ZCUT #2 last night.

I didn't do the warm up, but did most of the cool down. Had to fit my workout into a very busy night. But I was determined to get my workout it. Turned out to be a good thing as I didn't get home to almost 11.

Zuzka started the program herself today with the intention of following it the way it was designed so she could coach and advise us through it! I wanted to participate in her coached group but also want to follow this 90 day challenge, so I'm sticking with it, but I started over with ZCUT #1 today :P I guess I'll just be a week behind.

That being said, I BEAT MY TIME FOR WORKOUT #1! :D Last time it took me almost 16 min and today I completed it in 12:32! Woohoo!

This morning (Feb 10th), did ZWOW #05, got 4 complete rounds, broke my last record 3 rounds + complete exercise #1 and was with lighter weights, WOOHOO!

I was torn between sleep later in the morning and do workout. What helped me to decide were knowing others in the house already woke up and the loud boom bang of Chinese New Year firecrackers and fireworks :D

Ok. I am a bit behind but I will catch up. It was another crazy night and despite the lateness, I was bound and determined to workout tonight.

So I did ZCUT #2. I didn't have time to do the warm up and cool down like with the first one, But better something than nothing.

Here are my stats:

I did not start the monitor at the beginning of the workout. I believe I may have been into the workout at least 5 min before I realized I hadn't started it.

I am having to really modify because of my feet. But that is ok as my heart rate with these videos is always in the fitness zone and I need fat burning zone. Will keep trying to find that balance.

I did ZCUT day 3 yesterday! I completed just a few Ab-splitters short of two rounds, so I finished it up after time! I felt kinda slow, but you gotta start somewhere! Also, I don't know if anybody else experienced this, but my mule kicks were F-U-N-N-Y looking! Lol! Regardless, I had a great workout and can't wait for day 4 today!

Hi Kimber. So glad you are joining the challenge. Wow! you have a challenging fitness month ahead of you. Insanity and ZWOW... Awesome and inspiring. You will do great in both.

Congrats on losing the 54lbs. Way to go. I have about 60 - 65 lbs to lose. It is a tough journey but it will happen. I have lost 45lbs so far.

I did ZWOW #1 today (2/4/2012) after doing the Insanity fit test (I'm doing that this month too. I'm feeling great! After being mostly inactive for the last three months, it feels so good to be working out again. Even having the mind set of completing this challenge has gotten me excited and in a better mood.

In case you don't know who I am, my name is Kimber. I'm 22 (in a month), I have been married for 2 years (in March), and I have a 1 year old. Last year I lost 54 lbs since giving birth. I got below my prepregnany weight and below the weight I was when I got married. I have a goal this year to lose 15 more pounds, gain muscle, and maintain the weight.

I AM PARTICIPATING! Woohoo! I fell off of the wagon for a while but I am BACK! I got the ZCUT DVDs and I actually started today because the calander suggests starting on a Sunday! I am so excited! :) :) :)

I misplaced my tape measure, so I will post my pics and measurements sometime within the next couple of days!

I did the first workout today, 2-3-13, in 15 min and 18 sec! I threw in the ab bonus for good measure too ;) Boy was it tough after not having been active for a while (I've been sick)! It feels good to be back!

For Q1: You can chose whichever days to workout. Just make sure you have 2 days something throughout the week for muscle recovery.

For Q2: Whether you want to pick up with everyone else when you return, or continue where you left off, either one is fine. This is more up to you and how you are charting your progress and or personal goals.

Most importantly, for this challenge around whatever will work for you and help you.

A great challenge, I'll pick ZWOW coz I don't have ZCUT.

Two questions:
1 - If I do ZWOWs everyday, will that ok? Coz I want my weekends focus on latest ZWOWs and weekdays for this challenge/older ZWOWs.

2 - I'm taking day off in about two and half weeks (trip from 10th to 26th) to visit holy lands and don't think it will be appropriate to exercises in my usual skimpy clothes even when I'm alone in hotel room - I want to focus more on prayers and religious activities. So, if I start on 4th, before the trip, I should able to do ZWOW #1 - #5. Question is should I continue ZWOW #6 after my trip or proceed to #16 (skip ZWOW #6 - #15, worth 2 weeks ZWOW) so that I'm in same sequence like others?

This is going to be a long term challenge.

There will be two ways to participate in this challenge.

1) Use the Z Cut DVDs
2) ZWOWs

This challenge will begin on February 4th and will run for 90 days.

Prior to Feb 4 please take measurements and pictures of yourself (front, side and back (if you can). This information stays private if you would like. However, I encourage everyone to share on the challenge thread. We are all in this together to support one another.

Also, please post on the message thread so that I know you are participating. I would like to award everyone who participates with a SparkGoodie.

Ok so now for the Challenge instructions:

Challenge A: Z Cut DVDS - For those choosing to use the new Z Cut DVDs, please follow the calendar provided for the 90 day program.

Challenge B: ZWOWs - For those choosing to use her web videos, please start with ZWOW 1 and do the ZWOWs in consecutive order. You will do 5 ZWOW per week and have 2 rest days.

Journal:

Start a journal

On the first page of the journal write down your goals for the next 90 days. This can include anything you want in addition to your fitness goals.

Past your starting pictures on the second page. Leave 3 more blank pages. This is for your upcoming update pictures.

Write in your journal as often as you need to help keep you motivated or to help you identify habits that may need to be modified so that you can accomplish your goals.

At the end of the first 30 days, take your measurements and pictures. Paste them into your journal. Review your goals. What adjustments need to be made to them, if any?

At the end of 60 days, take your measurements and pictures. Paste them into your journal. What adjustments need to be made to them, if any?

At the end of 90 days (end of challenge) take your measurements and pictures. Paste them into your journal.

Also, review your goals. Write a journal entry summarizing your experience and acknowledging what goals you completed and which ones you still need to complete.
