I can live with burpees, no matter what types but pistols make me short circuit LOL
Did this workout this morning and got 4 complete rounds, yay! Better than my pre-challenge result, 3 rounds + complete exercise #1 and it was with lighter dumbbells :)

I am with you there. I am NOT a fan of burpees. Can you imagine the look on my face when I did ZCUT #1 and saw all those burpees. I about short circuited. UGH!

We will get stronger together. Good job on your workouts.

Okay I did 15 reps of all moves but burpees. Kept those at 5 feeling stronger with those! Still not my favorite ! Did all 4 rounds!

Did ZWOW#5 for the first time tonight.

Did 3 full rounds, plus bicep curls, m'tain climbers + 3 KB Sumo's.

Are we going to just revisit this once at the end of Feb to try and improve? Or a couple of times? I'm thinking I might do it once a week...
