Steph.. all exercises (except the Hatha Yoga and Aerobic Activity) are done at one time until you can't do anymore (muscle fatigue).

Hi all... Sorry for my Long Long Break.. My knee is still not healed fully I am trying to strengthen it now.. Squats feel really good and Lunges are getting better, but walking down a step or a single leg squat motion my need is still favoring going in. But anyway Hope to be back soon and I think I will be able to do this challlenge with you all!

Looking forward to a good end to my 2012!

thank you,i so needed this.thanks so much for sharing with the team.it's good to add new things to your workout to keep your body guessing.i didn't going to go to youtube for the woodchop exercise,because i never have done it before or seen it done.that's why there is the internet. emoticon
