Hi all... Sorry for my Long Long Break.. My knee is still not healed fully I am trying to strengthen it now.. Squats feel really good and Lunges are getting better, but walking down a step or a single leg squat motion my need is still favoring going in. But anyway Hope to be back soon and I think I will be able to do this challlenge with you all!
