Day #3, I only did pushup, the rest of the day was full packed with activities away from home and office and by the time I was back to home, so tired and past my exercise time.

Day #4, I did all four things - pushup and burpees in the morning and at night, I did intervals with jump rope and crunches.

For me, for those strength exercises, I will do them as cardio and hopefully, even though workout same muscle groups, it's not going to overuse/overtire them :D

Day 3-done--Tonight I did 3 pushups, 2 minutes jump rope and 1 minute Burpee--I just switched the one and 3 around. Also, a 3 mile run 120 squats, 180 sit ups, 240 Kb swings (35 lb).. I did alot tonight as I won't have much time tomorrow.

These extra workouts make it a lot of fun!!!!

Way to go Sharebear,

Thanks for the tip on alternating exercises for the daily push-ups. I am the modification queen. :)

Please feel free to modify or substitute any exercise in the list. The main goal is to move the body and hopefully form a new habit in the process. :)

Day 2 done abnd a kickboxing class. I don't think I will be able to the push ups everyday (every other day will work-though).

I did 40 in a minute yesterday, but today only 37 and I had to drop to my knees. It is probably a good idea to substitute a KB swing or something else when working muscles as they need a day of rest. Jumping rope daily or any other cardio is fine to do everyday.

I don't want to step on toes, and if anyone can keep it up daily that is great!! But for me, I will alternate daily. I think this is a fun challenge and happy to be a part of it.

Day 1 - Done.. woo hoo! Starting the holidays out right.

Day 2 - Done.. didn't get any other exercise in. But I did pack and clean my daughter's room and put up the Christmas tree and decorations.

Day 3 - I have been ill and haven't been able to workout. :(

12 DAYS OF FIT-MAS

This challenge begins Dec 1 and ends Dec 12.

On the first day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
1 minute pushups

On the second day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
2 minutes of jump rope
and 1 minute pushups

On the third day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
3 burpees
2 minutes of jump rope
and 1 minute pushups

On the fourth day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
4 sets of crunches
3 burpees
2 minutes of jump rope
1 minute pushups

On the fifth day of fitness I kindly gave myself:
