Woo! Melted off all the extra Thanksgiving I indulged in. This is a really tough workout. Had to modify round 3 as my foot started to bother me. But at least I got in the first two rounds.

Wow! I got my water in for the day. Completed Thanksgiving Day challenge with ZWOW 37...Just add water.

Now to go add water with a different method. I am thirsty. :)

Instructions: 6 rounds

1) Santana push-up - 30 secs
2) Side hops - 30 secs
3) squat jumps - 30 secs
4) Santana push-up - 30 secs

Day after Thanksgiving Challlenge - Burn it Off

3 rounds for time
1) 1*2*3 Burpees - 10x
2) Strict Mountain Climbers - 20x
3) Clapping pushups - 10x
4) Air Squats - 40x
