Wow!!! I got my marine on. Wow... heavy duty stuff. So proud of our military. I had to stop and breath through #3 of the last round. I was getting nauseous.

great day!!! what a sweaty tough workout!! just completed and will admit last few reps the walking pushups were from knees...but got in all the round...will do again!! man our Marines are TOUGH!!!!!

Part 1 - Interval Training (4 min); 8 Rounds: 20/10 sec intervals

20 sec: Sandbag Squat
10 sec: REST
20 sec: Plank Jump Pushup
Plank jump forward
Plank jump back (w/ push down)
10 sec: REST

Part 2 - Time Challenge (5 Rounds)

10 Pendulum
Walking Pushup
10 Elbow Jumps
Walking Pushup
10 Pendulum

Part 3 - Interval Training (4 min); 8 Rounds: 10/20 sec intervals

20 sec: Sandbag Pulses
10 sec: REST
20 sec: Supergirl Pushup
10 sec: REST
