Did 31st Oct on 1st Nov but I made it as light as possible as I didn't want to overload my already-exhausted body (lack of sleep, lots of work loads) so I alternate the workout with jump jacks:
0:51 Jumping Jack 45x
3:36 Beg For It To End Round #1
0:47 Jumping Jack 45x
3:12 Beg For It To End Round #2
0:49 Jumping Jack 45x
3:48 Beg For It To End Round #3
1:34 Jumping Jack 90x

Total length of the Beg For It To End = 10:36
Total length together with Jumping Jack = 14:37

I managed to get in all of the workouts except for the killer reps which will in the morning.

This morning I did the oct 31 assignment ... All with weights

Jump squats 20
Bent over rows 20
Walking lunges 20
Plank walk weight pull 20
2xs thru took 9:52

I love this one and will redo!!! Those planks are killers...

You are doing so awesome. I am planning on getting one in tonight. The Zombies got me this weekend and I was unable to get my workouts in. But will do all five workouts by the end of the week. :)

Yesterday's afternoon, I did Oct 28, Sexy Pyscho:
8 sets of 20 exercise/10s rest with 1-min rest after complete all 8 sets:
- Burpees = 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4, 4
- 1-min rest
- One Leg Dead Lift and Jump Up (switch legs after each interval) = 8, 8, 4, 5, 8, 8, 6, 7
- 1-min rest
- Mountain Climber = 17, 10, 17, 12, 11, 16, 13, 15
- 1-min rest
- Side Crunch (switch sides after each interval) = 9, 9, 10, 10, 11, 11, 9, 9
- 1-min rest
- Side Lunge Touch Down = 13, 13, 7, 15, 13, 7, 20, 14
- 1-min rest
(Then proceed with total 10-min jump rope before ended with cool down and stretches :D)

Tonight, I did Oct 29, Prison Cell workout but I did 2 rounds (on weekdays, I usually cut half ZWOW or BodyRock due to lack of time and too tired from work, hehe)
- Walk Lunges - 30
- Prisoner Burpees - 10
- Kick over (chair) - 30 (alt)

I did Oct 27 tonight (which for most of us here, probably still afternoon or morning, hehe). After I done the 2nd exercise combo, I nearly gave up because I thought I couldn't continue but I told myself as long as I have enough time before 8pm, I still can do this, just another jump rope interval, just one more exercise combo!

My result:
- exercise combo = 2:59
- jump rope interval = 345x
- exercise combo = 3:29 (uhuh, nearly a minute more than the first)
- jump rope interval = 335x
- exercise combo = 3:09 (I tried to push myself to do at least lesser than 2nd, yay!)

Oh, and why 8pm? One of my aims for workouts is to finish workout before 8pm, at least the main exercise not including cool down and stretches. I hope this will help me to sleep earlier and much better quality rest at night :D

Thanks for the guide! For Oct 28 & 29 workout, I think I'll do those on Sunday as Monday, I most probably take a rest day (I usually do fasting and full rest on Mondays).

Can anyone sum up workouts Oct 28 Sun Sexy Psycho and Oct 29 Mon Prison Cell? I'm a bit confuse on what to do. I think I understand the other three:
