I did this again, last night. This time, my goals - 3 reps for the plank leg lift (both sides) & knee hugs; 30s for elbow plank and 10 reps for the rest of the exercises. What I actually did:
- 3 reps for plank leg lift (both sides), knee hugs;
- 10 reps for side crunches (both sides), squats and plank jump;
- 30s for elbow plank;
- 7 reps for pushup
- 5 reps for pike press

In summary, I think I'm still not quite strong for upper body workout and I had trouble in the transition between moves in plank leg lift.

Wow, Kiwismom95, that's awesome, you showed that you can beat those the teenagers so age doesn't matter :D

I completed this last night, aimed at least 5 reps for each exercises. I did got all 5 or more (some even 10, yay!) except on 2nd round for Plank with Leg Lift & Jump Up (left & right) which I got 4 reps. The excitement of able to complete this is I tried as best as I can to reach my goal and I finished before our guests came :D Going to try again on Thursday, aiming higher reps!

I completed this one again last night. It was sooo funny though. My daughter and a friend of hers decided to join me in the workout. My daughter was the first to fall out of the workout, then her friend. I made it to the end...:). with modifications on some of the moves of course. But I still out lasted the teenagers. hehehehe

I got it done!!! I did not county my reps though, so I can't report numbers. I was really busy this week and did not get much done workout wise. I did get my closets cleaned out and some painting done. This week should be less busy.

Yeah..Yippee... I completed this tonight. Confession... I have only worked out 2 in the past two weeks. Very bad me. But I completed this video tonight and 30 min power yoga. Won't be doing this power yoga video again though. Too much work on the balls of the feet. My neuroma is killing me now.

How did everyone else do. I had to modify the jumping a bit. But overall, did pretty well.

I just noticed this post, I like the sound of it - no pumpkin belly :D
So, the challenge is ZWOW # 26 This Is Sweat!, AMRAP, 2 rounds of 10 exercises, 30s for each exercise, it's going to be fun and crying LOL

I did one round, but I would like to try it again. I got done in 6 minutes, which seems too fast, so I wonder if I actually did them correctly. I did not stop between sets, but I think I will tackle this again this weekend.(maybe I miscounted) It was a good workout!!
