I did this again, last night. This time, my goals - 3 reps for the plank leg lift (both sides) & knee hugs; 30s for elbow plank and 10 reps for the rest of the exercises. What I actually did:
- 3 reps for plank leg lift (both sides), knee hugs;
- 10 reps for side crunches (both sides), squats and plank jump;
- 30s for elbow plank;
- 7 reps for pushup
- 5 reps for pike press
In summary, I think I'm still not quite strong for upper body workout and I had trouble in the transition between moves in plank leg lift.
