I'm going to do this! :) It feels good to be able to be a part of things again! My injury made me feel so out of the loop! I will also be starting the ZWOW challenge but I think I'm going to start from #1 :/ If I started at the end, I'd feel like I was cheating somehow lol. I know that puts me behind everyone else which is a bummer, but easy does it! ;)

This week I still want to do things slowly (still doing payback fasting, hehe) but will try to do ZWOW in the morning before I start my fasting, especially the 10-min AMRAP :D Next week, I will start officially the ZWOW 1-30 challenge, which means I might still have ZWOW 16 to 30 :D
