Is there going to be another wildly random workout? I really loved this idea! The only reason I didn't participate was because I had to stay off my feet!

8/12/12 Random workout

Here is one to kind of mix things up for you. Sometimes you just need something relaxing to end your week/start your week. Today's random challenge will do just that.

These are workouts that are typically 10-15 minutes long.

How it works
a. Join the team goal at the bottom of the team page.Then...

1. Approximately once a week, a video link will be posted in this message.
2, Complete the video sometime during the week.
3. Record that you completed the workout on the bottom of the Team Goals.
