I did this when I got home last night.

6 Min 13 Seconds.

Had to shake my legs out after 30 they were burning! I thouhght my Sholders would be more sore though.

Yikes.. I just completed my fit test.

time: 10 min 18 sec.

This was a doozy. My first workout in a very very long time. I was determined to get all 50 sets in.

Good luck to you all. Can't wait to see how I improve by the end of the month.

Our August fit test challenge video is the Z - Challenge for my warriorZ video.

This is a time challenge

Here is the set breakdown:

* 3 Lowjacks
* 1 plank press
* 1 jump up

Do 50 sets.... so start your timers....

Here is what to do:

1. Do the video at the beginning of the month
2. Track your time and/or reps. Post your scores.
3. At the end of the month, do the video again. Post your scores.
4. Lets see how much improvement we can make.
5. Have fun challenging yourself
