Each month, a Zuzana workout video will be selected as the Monthly Fit test challenge video.
Here is what to do:
1. Do the video at the beginning of the month
2. Track your time and/or reps. Post your scores.
3. At the end of the month, do the video again. Post your scores.
4. Lets see how much improvement we can make.
5. Have fun challenging yourself
Wildly Random Workouts
These are workouts that are typically 10-15 minutes long.
How it works
a. Join the team goal at the bottom of the team page.Then...
1. Approximately once a week, a video link will be posted in this message.
2, Complete the video sometime during the week.
3. Record that you completed the workout on the bottom of the Team Goals.
